I'M SO EXCITED

I am so excited. The kids headed out today with my mom and dad for Roaring River State Park in MO. Wednesday when I get off work, I am going to put the pedal to the metal and head that way myself. I can't wait to camp, trout fish, and relax. I know that we are going to have toooo much fun.

New Addition to Our Family

Madeline and Auston just became the proud parents to a cute little 5lb, 12in Blue Heeler pup named Princess. Princess' mother was stepped on by a horse and killed. Princess is not quite 6wks old.

What A Busy Weekend!

Rodeo, Rodeo, Rodeo I think that is all we know how to do. This weekend we had three rodeo's. Friday and Saturday the kids had an OJRA in Stigler. This was the last two before the finals in August. Currently, Auston is winning the Ribbon Goats in his age group and Maddie has qualified for the Barrels in her age group (she is in the top ten). Maddie had a good run Saturday night. She held up a little going to the first barrel, but still had a 17.3 which got her some points.

Just want to thank MOM for camping out with the kids in Stigler this past weekend. I appreciate all your help and everything you do with the kids. Don't know what I would do without you THANK YOU!

Sunday we had a NBHA competition in McAlester. Maddie had a qualifying run.

Congratulations! Tonya & Bill

My friend Tonya and Bill tied the knot on 13 June 2008. I got the privilege of being one of her bridesmaids. I am so happy for Tonya, Bill, and her girls. I wish them the best and all the happiness in the world.....

What Randy has been up to....

Isn't he gorgeous! Randy has been busy dozing; however, in the past couple weeks he has hurt his knee and twisted his ankle. A little time has been needed to recuperate.

A couple weekends ago Maddie was competing at a NBHA (National Barrel Horse Association) competition where the parents barrel raced against each other to raise money for the kids that made it to the Youth World Finals in Jackson, Mississippi this July. I had to work and Kelly is in Iraq, so Randy filled in and raced for her, Isn't that sweet... I was told he was doing really well, but when he rounded the third barrel he turned a little too close hitting the barrel and cutting his leg open, it looks pretty bad.

While working calves this past weekend; a calf hit Randy and caused him to twist his ankle. It is really swollen. Hopefully for him, everything heals soon. Just hanging around the house is driving him crazy.

I hope he knows how much I appreciate everything he does for me. He really helps me out with the kids (running them all over the place). Don't know what I would do without him.

Aren't They Gorgeous

Here are five of my little heartbeats. Oh, how they look so sweet. Morrison, Randi Jo, Maddie, Auston & Tyler on our way to the Charlie Daniel's Band Concert. We had a really good time.

Just Getting Started

Just trying to figure out how to Blog. I think Becky's is really neat and thought I might give it a whirl. Hope everyone is having a great day! Much Love, Amy.
